At The Vintage Twin, we take pride in our curated collection of one-of-a-kind pieces, and we want you to love your sustainable finds. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Review Policy Guidelines

  Ensure items are in their original condition with all vintage tags attached, as worn or altered garments are not eligible for return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to send your package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the full value of your items to be used on your next vintage haul.
